Privacy Policy — Airwire Mobile Applications

This Privacy Policy describes how North East Dataa Network Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Airwire”) collects, uses and protects information through our mobile applications:

• Airwire (customer app) — for subscribers managing their internet service account.
• Airwire ERP (staff app) — for company personnel performing installations, repairs and field operations.

This policy applies specifically to our mobile applications and supplements our general website privacy policy at https://airwirebb.com/privacy-policy/.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal information

We collect the following, provided either by you directly or by our staff on your behalf:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Physical address (service / installation address)

1.2 Precise location

Both applications request access to your device’s precise location.

• In the customer app, location is accessed only when you choose to update your service installation address in your profile.
• In the staff app, location is accessed by field personnel to record the GPS coordinates of a completed installation at the moment an installation report is submitted.

In both cases location is requested only while the app is open and in use. It is not collected continuously and not collected in the background. It is used solely to record and verify service installation points, and for no other purpose.

1.3 Camera

The staff application uses the device camera to scan barcodes and labels on network equipment — for example to read a device’s MAC address or serial number. No photographs are captured, stored or transmitted. The camera reads the barcode data itself, which is entered as text into the relevant form. The customer app does not use the camera at all.

1.4 Account credentials

When you log in, your credentials are transmitted to our servers to authenticate your session. An authentication token is then held in your device’s operating-system secure storage so that you stay signed in. Your password is not stored on the device.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above solely to:

• Provide and manage your internet service account
• Enable field staff to complete and document installations and service work
• Authenticate your access to the application
• Communicate with you about your service

We do not use your information for advertising, for marketing analytics, or for any purpose unrelated to providing your service.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell or transmit your personal information to any third party. All data collected through the applications is transmitted only to our own backend servers. Neither application contains third-party advertising SDKs, and neither contains third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

4. Data Security

All data transmitted between the applications and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored using secure operating-system storage rather than in plain text.

5. Account Creation and Deletion

Accounts for both applications are created and provisioned by our staff. There is no public self-registration within either app.

If you would like your personal data or your account deleted, please contact us at support@airwirebb.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 business days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory or billing purposes.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our applications are business and utility tools intended for adult customers and company staff. They are not directed at, marketed to, or designed for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
